Alex Szabo

Alex has over twenty years experience in strategic management and operations.

Her career has spanned investment banking with Hill Samuel, subsequently she ran the fastest growing training provider in London, and more recently co-founded and is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching.

Alex’s speciality is creating an effective business flow which mitigates risk and improves communications and relationships.

Steve MacAlister

Steve has over 12 years experience in programme design, production, facilitation and delivery. He is commercially aware, creative and a totally approachable training professional.

His specialist areas of training includes: Change Management, Business and Communication Strategies, Team Working and Team Building, where transfer of skills and behaviour to the workplace are paramount.

He has designed, developed and delivered an Effective Team Working 5 day residential programme for the Prince’s Trust. Steve continues to work closely with the Trust.

As well as being AIPD qualified, Steve is also an accredited SDI facilitator, enabling him to provide management, sales and team working workshops using the excellent “Strengths Deployment Inventory”.

Jeannette Marshall – Managing Partner

Jeannette has over twenty years management experience in sales, operations, and retail with companies such as Grand Metropolitan, Northern Foods and WH Smith.

She has worked with people at all levels from Sales Consultants to Chief Executives as a facilitator, Executive Coach and trainer.

As Head of Membership of the Association for Coaching she is involved in promoting coaching for individuals and teams within the workplace. Jeannette is passionate about crafting training programmes that bring about measurable changes in organisations.

Ken Marshall – Managing Partner

Ken has over 22 years experience in the training & development field. He specialises in applied psychology, consultancy, design and production of high level interventions to improve the performance behaviours of managers and staff.

Ken’s specialist areas are in designing and delivering effective culture change interventions to meet organisational needs. He uses highly pragmatic techniques to ensure increased confidence and effective transfer of skills, knowledge and behaviour to the workplace.

Ken is Business NLP qualified. He has also been interviewed on BBC Radio and has articles published in national publications and specialist magazines.
