All modules are designed with ‘Reflective and Projected Linkage’. This creates a web of reinforcement learning which greatly speeds up the skills transfer process back into the workplace.

Module 7 pulls together all the learning threads where participants draft their key action plan that will go with them through the post training support coaching programme.


Your Investment

Your managers each receive a total of 10 days of intensive and focused development, combining a mixture of highly participative training modules and 12 one hour face-to-face management development coaching sessions.

The time frame for this is decided by you, but can be from 6 months to 12 months and beyond.

Throughout the whole programme each participant and their line manager receives telephone, on-line and personal support.

The price you pay includes the design and development of your programme, training delivery of all 7 modules , 12 one hour face-to-face coaching sessions and all materials, including workbooks.


Your Programme

While the programme always remains unique to your organisational culture, language and ethos the first three modules focus on bringing your managers up to the levels of the expected behaviours of professional peak performers.

The Growth Dynamic Programme takes a manager from their ineffective or inappropriate behaviours of today to the behaviours of High Performing Professionals who deliver real results with confidence.

This client’s particular programme also included our highly focused one-to-one coaching support programme. The client received a significant return on their investment even before the programme had completed.

Modules 1 and 2 prepare the participating managers for the programme ahead as well as equip them with the skills of greatly improved productivity.

The skills and strategies learnt in modules one and two are repeated and reinforced throughout the remaining 5 modules in order to maximise impact. This really drives home key self-organisational skills and increases personal confidence levels.

Each module ends with participants creating a work placed based action plan to be completed in between modules.

Each following module begins with a detailed review session where participants share the actions they have implemented since the previous module.

Your investment for a Growth Dynamic Programme similar to this for 12 managers would be just:

£209 per manager per development day (based on 12 managers).

This price included 2 design days, 7 days of Management Training and the equivalent of 2 full days of coaching per manager (12 one hour sessions per manager approximately 2 to 4 weeks apart) excluding VAT, Travel and Accommodation Expenses – where appropriate.

Total investment is calculated as £209 x 12 Managers x 9 days (7 days training and equivalent of 2 days of coaching).

In this example the client put 12 managers through the programme that we helped them design. Each module was timed to run at approximately four to six week intervals as this was the least disruptive to their operational processes.

Four weeks after the last module each manager began their face-to-face coaching sessions. Each session was set for one hour, again to minimise disruption to their working week.

Your manager’s coaching sessions are directly linked to the organisational/site/department business objectives. This requires an initial springboard session with the programme sponsor or senior manager in charge of the business results.
